"Shades of Green"

          Happy Saturday ya'll! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? I myself will be having some crafting fun since I won't be going anywhere due to my kiddos are sick with the flu. Boy that stuff seems to be spreading like wild fire this year! Hoping you all avoid it because I think it's the worst flu my kids have ever had.

I used this theme to make the card I will be sharing with you today. The image I used is the "My Little Sweet Pea Bear" Digi Stamp from the CDD Shop. The base of my card is an A2 side fold measuring 5 ½ H x 4 ¼ W. I used alcohol markers to color this precious image but then I decided to jazz it up and added shades of green glitter to parts of the image. Woo Hoo, this cutie patootie sparkles like crazy! It also adds a fun element to the card. I have attached pictures of my card below along with a list of all the products I used :)

Craftin Desert Divas February Card #3

          Hello All! I am here to share a card I made using the fantastic Little Lovelies Banner Bear Digital Stamp. Please over look my boo-boo yet again as I forgot to mask off the 'beary end' when I stamped. I had planned to put that part else where on the card but I had an airhead moment so I went with it, lol! I was not going to throw away all my hard work ;)

CDD February Digi Stamp Monthly Challenge - Birthday Card #2

          Good day to everyone! I wanted to remind you all that there is still time to join this month's CDD February Digi Stamp Monthly Challenge and as well share the second card I made for it. This month's theme is birthday so the card I made is using this darling CDD image called Birthday Lion. 
He is so darn cute and such a cheerful image that I had so much fun coloring him! I mean common just look at the adorable smile he has! Plus I love to do the "flicking" technique when I color with alcohol markers which I was able to do when coloring in his mane. I am still learning this technique but really enjoying it :)
